I thought about checking that every database in the databases: section exists and ditto for tables: - but actually I think it's useful to be able to keep a metadata.yml around with configuration for databases or tables that aren't currently attached to Datasette.

I could treat those as warnings and output a warning to standard out when the server starts instead.
