Related question: what happens if you attempt to insert rows without either of these settings and 1:10 of them is an integrity error due to an existing primary key?

Does the entire batch fail to be inserted? Should it?

This may be the point that I need to think hard about how to use transactions here.

This will enable some very cool Datasette write API demos - for example, Git scrapers that insert-replace the most recent copy of the scraped data to a table somewhere (which can then produce an atom feed with https://datasette.io/plugins/datasette-atom)
