This PR is related to #293, but now all commits have been merged.

The purpose is to support other file formats that aren't SQLite, like files with PyTables format. I've tried to accomplish that using external connectors published with entry points.

The modifications in the original datasette code are minimal and many are in a separated file.

I'm working on the possibility of use Datasette with other file formats that aren't SQLite, like files with PyTables format.

In order to accomplish that, I've started a fork for decoupling the code related with SQLite and putting it in an external connector to allow future connectors for a lot of file formats.

It'd be nice if you could look at it and suggest improvements for a possible PR.
